Accessibility Statement

Last updated: April 2026  ·  Version 1.0  ·  Applies globally

Belohor is committed to making this website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology used. This statement describes our current accessibility standing and how to reach us if something doesn't work as it should.

Section 01

Our Commitment

Belohor is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards in good faith.

Section 02

Conformance Standard

This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the internationally recognised standard referenced by accessibility law in the jurisdictions this website serves, including the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) and its harmonised standard EN 301 549, Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act, Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), and Brazil's Lei Brasileira de Inclusão (Law No. 13.146/2015).

WCAG 2.1 Level AA defines success criteria across four principles: content should be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust across assistive technologies and devices.

Section 03

Current Status

This website is a work in progress with respect to full accessibility conformance. The table below reflects our current assessment.

Area Status
Semantic structure & headings Implemented — pages use structured headings and landmark regions to support screen reader navigation.
Keyboard navigation Implemented — interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
Colour contrast Implemented — text and background colour combinations are designed to meet AA contrast ratios.
Alternative text for images Implemented for institutional imagery; under ongoing review for newly added content.
Reduced motion support Implemented — animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion system setting where supported by your browser.
Form labelling Under ongoing review as new forms are introduced.
Section 04

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content on this website may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations may include third-party embedded content that does not fall under Belohor's direct control, and legacy content published before our current accessibility practices were adopted.

We are actively working to identify and correct such issues. If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please let us know using the contact details below.

Section 05

Technical Specifications

Accessibility of this website relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies installed on your device:

  • HTML
  • CSS
  • JavaScript, used progressively and not required for core content access

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards referenced above.

Section 06

Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us:

When reporting an issue, it helps to include the page URL, a description of the problem, and the browser, device, or assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within a reasonable timeframe and will make reasonable efforts to address valid concerns.

Section 07

Enforcement and Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be entitled to escalate your concern to the relevant body in your jurisdiction, depending on where you are located — for example, a national accessibility enforcement authority in an EU member state, the relevant authority under Section 508 or the ADA in the United States, the Accessibility Directorate of Ontario in Canada, or the competent authority under Brazil's Lei Brasileira de Inclusão.
